The Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (ETCC) is the UAE’s national authority dedicated to advancing Emiratisation in the private sector. Established in 2021 under the leadership of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, we set the vision, strategy and policies to ensure Emiratis can succeed and thrive in roles that are competitive, future focused and vital to the nation’s economic growth.
Our role is to create the conditions for long-term success by building an employment culture where Emiratis are valued for their skills, innovation and leadership.
