مبادرة تهدف إلى توفير منصة لعرض وإبراز قصص نجاح المواطنين العاملين في القطاع الخاص
تمّ تأسيس مجلس تنافسية الكوادر الإماراتية في عام 2021 تحت قيادة سمو الشيخ منصور بن زايد آل نهيان، ليكون الجهة الوطنية المعنية بتعزيز التوطين في القطاع الخاص. ويضطلع المجلس بوضع الرؤى والاستراتيجيات والسياسات اللازمة لتمكين الإماراتيين من النجاح والازدهار في وظائف مستقبلية تنافسية تسهم في تحفيز النمو الاقتصادي للدولة.
يتركز دورنا على تهيئة الظروف الملائمة لتحقيق نجاح مستدام، من خلال تطوير ثقافة عمل تُقدّر الكوادر الإماراتية وترتقي بقدرات الابتكار والقيادة لديها.
