. بهدف تمكين الطلبة وتعزيز جاهزيتهم للمستقبل، تنطلق مبادرة برنامج ألفا لتقديم تجربة عملية لطلاب المدارس داخل مؤسسات القطاع الخاص، تسهم في تنمية مهاراتهم وتعريفهم ببيئة العمل ومهن المستقبل. وتأتي هذه المبادرة دعماً لتوجهات حكومة الإمارات في تمكين الكوادر الوطنية وتوعية الشباب في سن مبكرة، وتماشياً مع استراتيجية مجلس تنافسية الكوادر الإماراتية في بناء جيل وطني مؤهّل، قادر على الإسهام بفاعلية في التنمية الاقتصادية وقيادة مسيرة التقدّم. The Alpha Program has been launched to empower students and strengthen their readiness for the future by offering school students hands-on exposure within the private sector. The program helps develop essential skills while introducing young people to the work environment and future career pathways at an early stage. The initiative supports the UAE Government’s efforts to empower national talent and engage youth early, and aligns with the strategy of the Emirates Talent Competitiveness Council to build a highly capable national generation that can contribute meaningfully to economic development and help shape the future.

فرص ومسارات مهنية تبدأ من هنا.. نظمت دائرة التمكين الحكومي مع مركز مواهب التابع لدائرة التمكين الحكومي يوم مفتوح بالتعاون مع الشركاء في القطاع الصحي، وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين، دائرة الصحة، وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي و شارك المجلس معرض التوظيف ك شريك مع الدائرة وكان فرصة حقيقية للفرص وبداية لمسارات مهنية واعدة حيث جمع أكثر من 15 جهة رائدة، وطرح ما يزيد على 500 فرصة وظيفية ضمن أكثر من 20 مسمى وظيفي، واستقبل 267 باحثاً وباحثة عن عمل يتطلعون للانضمام إلى قطاع يُحدث فرقاً حقيقياً في حياة المجتمع. مشاركة تعكس حجم الطموح، وأهمية الاستثمار في الكفاءات الوطنية، ودور الفرص في بناء مستقبل القطاع الصحي. In collaboration with our partners in the healthcare sector, Ministry of Human resources and Emiratisation, Department of health, Department of government enablement, Ministry of Higher education and scientific research and Mawaheb, the Healthcare Open Day provided a genuine platform for opportunities and launched promising career journeys. The event brought together over 15 leading organisations, offering more than 500 job opportunities across over 20 different job titles, and welcomed 267 job seekers eager to join a sector that makes a real difference in people's lives. This participation reflects the immense ambition, the significance of investing in national talent, and the pivotal role of opportunities in building the future of the healthcare sector #ETCC
